By downloading, installing, or using "FTB: Stickman Fight Games" (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.
You represent that you have provided truthful information regarding your age during the Game's initial setup. Providing false information to bypass safety restrictions is a violation of these Terms.
Vippy Games reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" field. Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
The Game is available to users of various ages. However, certain features (such as social sharing, external links, and communication tools) are strictly restricted or disabled for users who identify as being under the age of 13. We implement these restrictions to comply with global child safety standards, including COPPA and GDPR.
- Communication Tools: To ensure a safe environment, social features are gated by age. Users who identify as being under the age of 13 are restricted to Read-Only chat mode. This means they can view moderated game-related messages but cannot type or transmit their own messages.
- External Links: Social media links and certain external web buttons are disabled, restricted or harder to access for users under the age of 13 to prevent unauthorized access to third-party platforms.
For users under the age of 18, we recommend using the Game only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to modify feature availability based on the age data provided to ensure a safe environment for all players.
Your use of the Game is also governed by our FTB Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
You agree not to:
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Game or its related systems.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble any portion of the Game or create derivative works based on it.
- Use cheats, bots, hacks, exploits, mods, automation software or any other unauthorized third-party software.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, harm or otherwise violate the legal rights of others while using the Game.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
The Game, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Vippy Games and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
The Game utilizes third-party SDKs for functionality, including but not limited to Unity Gaming Services, Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics. Your interactions with these services are subject to their respective terms.
- We use Google's Consent Management tools to handle user privacy choices.
- Personalized advertising is strictly limited to users who have reached the age of 18.
- We use Firebase Analytics only for users who identify as being 18 years of age or older. Analytical data collection is strictly disabled for all users under the age of 18 to ensure maximum privacy for younger players.
The game may offer in-app purchases. You acknowledge that in-app purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. All Virtual Goods (including but not limited to virtual currency, skins, or items) are licensed to you on a limited, personal, and revocable basis. You do not "own" these items in a legal sense, and they have no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, or remove Virtual Goods at our discretion without liability to you.
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied.
Vippy Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Game.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without notice, for any reason.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
