Collected data includes logs and crash reports for the purpose of monitoring and fixing issues. Performance data such as app launches, session durations, etc is collected too. We use the Unity Diagnostics service for the task. Please refer to the following link to expand on it.

Firebase (Google Analytics)

We use the analytics feature to collect certain in-game events (such as reaching milestones, currency usage, and menu navigation) for the purpose of improving the game and optimizing our own marketing campaigns for FTB.

This data is pseudonymized and exported to Google BigQuery for analysis. This helps us analyze "User Journeys" (e.g., reaching certain milestones or game modes) to improve the game and optimize our ad campaigns. We link Firebase with Google Ads to help us find new players who might enjoy FTB.

We track certain actions, such as whether you bought items with coins, your play time, what skins you use, whether you invite friends for a game, and other analytical info. Additional data that may be collected is your IP address, and approximate location can be inferred from it.

We retain this pseudonymized event data only as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes. By default, user-level and conversion-level data is stored for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted or fully anonymized.

Firebase Analytics collection is managed using consent signal according to Google's Consent Management tools. We provide the option to request Data Deletion.

Your Firebase Analytics are linked to your Unity Authentication Player ID. This allows you to provide us a single Player ID to help you with account related issues and deletion requests.

Photon Engine

Used as a server to connect players to the game. Different players identifiers, nicknames, ip addresses among the data that might be collected.

Ads & Mediation

To show you advertisements, the Game may use unique device identifiers. On Android devices, this is the Google Advertising ID (GAID), and on iOS devices, this is the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). Additionally, our ad partners collect your IP Address to determine your approximate location (City/Country) for localized advertising and fraud prevention. We use Google, Unity, Liftoff, and other mediation partners as providers.

On iOS, we only access the IDFA if you explicitly grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If permission is denied, the identifier will not be used for tracking or personalization.

- Personalized Ads: Only served to users who have provided a positive consent signal (via our Consent Management Tool where required by law, and on iOS, through the ATT prompt). In regions where explicit prior consent is not legally required, ads may be personalized by default.

- Non-Personalized Ads: Users in regulated regions who opt-out/deny tracking, will receive basic ads based on the context of the game rather than their personal interests. These ads still utilize your IP Address for technical delivery and security purposes.

Final Words

That's all. Remember, if you have any questions, you can always contact us.

We keep this document relevant and update it as needed. We encourage you to check it from time to time to stay informed about how your data is handled.
